Privacy Policy

The privacy of your data is a priority for AJOSCOA. I believe that transparency is the foundation of any lasting partnership, which is why this policy explains clearly and directly how I collect, use, and protect your personal information, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is the Data Controller?

The entity responsible for processing your personal data is Wonderland Adventures Unipessoal, Lda (operating under the commercial brand AJOSCOA), represented by António Almeida.

2. What Data Do I Collect and Why?

I only collect the data strictly necessary to provide you with an excellent service. Collection occurs in two main contexts:
A. Contact Forms (ajoscoa.com)
When you contact me through the website, I collect your name, email, and the message you send me.
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry or quote request.
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest in following up on your contact.
B. "Free Concept" Landing Page (conceitogratis.ajoscoa.dev)
To deliver a free visual concept for your project, I collect two types of information:
Identifying Personal Data: Name, email, and phone number.
Project Data: Business type, sector, visual references, objectives, and target audience.
Browsing Data: Page URL and UTM parameters (visit origin).
Purpose: To create and send the requested visual concept and, eventually, contact you to present a commercial proposal.
Legal Basis: Your explicit consent upon submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting me via email.

3. How Do I Use Artificial Intelligence (Manus AI)?

At AJOSCOA, I use advanced technology to deliver the best results, but always with total respect for your privacy.
When you request a "Free Concept", I use the Manus AI platform (manus.im) to assist in generating the visual concept. It is essential that you know how this works:
Only the project data (sector, objectives, references) is shared with the AI.
Your identifying personal data (name, email, phone number) is never shared with the AI.
Manus AI acts strictly as a data processor (Art. 28 of the GDPR), processing the information solely for this purpose.
In compliance with the EU AI Act, I inform you that the generated concept is assisted by Artificial Intelligence, but the final result is always personally reviewed and validated by me before being delivered to you.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Besides Manus AI (as explained above), your data is only shared with essential service providers for the operation of the business, who act as data processors:
Web hosting services, with servers located in the European Union.
Professional email management tools.
Should any of these services involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, I guarantee that appropriate legal safeguards are applied (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Analytics and Cookies

To understand how the website is used and to improve it, I use Umami Analytics. This is a tool hosted on my own servers (self-hosted), which does not use tracking cookies and does not collect identifiable personal data. Statistical data is aggregated and anonymized, ensuring your total privacy while browsing.

6. Data Security

I am by your side in protecting your information. I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction (including the use of secure HTTPS connections and restricted access to management systems).

7. How Long Do I Keep the Data?

Your data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
"Free Concept" Landing Page Contacts: 24 months after the last contact.
General Contacts: 36 months after the last contact.
Analytics Data (Umami): Kept in an aggregated and anonymous form.
These periods may be extended if there is a legal obligation requiring it (for example, tax obligations if you become a client).

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have full control over your data. You can exercise the following rights at any time:
Access: Know what data I hold about you.
Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): Request the deletion of your data.
Portability: Receive your data in a structured format.
Objection and Restriction: Object to or restrict the processing of your data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.
